First thing I noticed--wtf are Raikou's pants? Are those...boots? XD Oh, his fashion sense is so sad XD
Anyway. This is utterly adorable. I love your coloring, it's so soft and beautiful! And the expressions look really great, so much like the characters! I love the eyes and Gau's lips look so shiny (ew, I accidentally typed Gay instead of Gau! XD) and the colors all look great together. Your art practically wins my life.
